BNI

BNI is a referral group that meets once a week to exchange business leads. Only one person from each profession is allowed in the group. i.e. only one title company can be in the group. All the other members in the group represent other professions. Basically all the members are trying to market one another in the group by word of mouth marketing. The web page for BNI is at www.bninw.com . Bill Malone has been a member since March of 2002, and was a founding member of the group.  

KINDERHAVEN

Kinderhaven is a home for abused and neglected children located in Sandpoint.  We accept children of both sexes from birth to 12 years old and teen girls from 13 to 18.  Barbara Merritt has been affiliated with this wonderful project for a little over seven years and have served on the board for the past four years.  At the present time I serve as the employee liaison between the staff and the Board of Directors.  Kinderhaven is a 5013C corporation and we depend primairly on donations from the public and our annual Festival of Trees Auction for operating expenses.
