Ecommit is a very user-friendly, free, online program that allows its users to view and print documents (title reports and exceptions), as well as to communicate with parties involved in their specific transaction, 24 hours a day, even on the weekend.

Communicate with any and all parties involved in the transaction through e-mail, and also obtain addresses and phone numbers specific to your transaction through the "contact" page.

Using Ecommit will diminish the amount of phone calls made concerning each deal. Individuals can access the information that they need from their own computer.

All you need in order to use this invaluable tool is a computer, printer, log in and password.

Create a New Account:

To create an Ecommit account, click on the corresponding form (Realtor, Lender, Company), fill it out and hit submit. Or you can fill out and e-mail a PDF form to Kristine Oliver: kristine.oliver@sandpointtitle.com or print it out and fax it to 208-263-9388.

Your user name will be your first initial and full last name.  Your password will be what you want.
