I have lived in Sandpoint since I retired from the US Air Force in 1985.  I left for a brief period in 1990 to pursue a career opportunity in aviation with Federal Express and Evergreen International Airlines.  However, I returned full time to Sandpoint in 1995 and have lived here ever since.

I have been with Sandpoint Title for only a short time but my experience in the filed includes many years as a licensed realtor working as an independent contractor for a real estate developer and as part owner of a real estate franchise.

I also worked for a brief time as a mortgage lender.

My outside interests include hunting, fishing, aviation, good wines, music and Cougar Football.
